Join us for a half-day workshop presented by Chef William Knapp from the University of South Carolina’s School of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management. Follow along as Chef Bill presents on the importance of buying local, teaches proper knife techniques, and prepares several dishes using seasonal South Carolina fruits and vegetables.

Choose your timeframe for the 3-hour training: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
